Updates from Lolo Pass
Description:
Lolo Pass has some of the most reliable snow in the region and offers 13 km (8 mi) of trails groomed for skate and classic skiing, plus a significant network of groomed multi-use trails suitable for skating or un-tracked classic. Grooming occurs on an intermittent basis by the Missoula Snowgoers Snowmobile Club. A warming hut is available while the Lolo Pass Visitor Center is open.
Please do not walk or snowshoe on groomed ski trails.
Location:
Lolo Pass is located about 45 miles west of Missoula along Highway 12.
Dogs:
Dogs are not allowed on groomed ski trails at Lolo Pass or on any groomed (ski or snowmobile) trail east of HWY 12 at Lolo Pass during grooming season. For further information, please contact the Lolo Pass Visitor Center at 208-942-3113.
Cost:
Free to ski. Daily or Seasonal Parking Permits are required.
