Training Groups and Informal Races

Very informal sprint series (maybe interval practice) to be held at Pattee Canyon on the Picnic Loop Wednesday @ 5:30pm (warm up and races begin @ 5:50pm) It may get a little dark but the loop is pretty straight forward or bring a headlamp.� All skill levels wanted!
